KeyMarshall

Dispatch software built for automotive locksmiths.

KeyMarshall runs the whole job — the call, the technician, the vehicle, the key, the authorization and the invoice — on one board, so the shop isn't held together by a phone, a notebook and somebody's memory.

What it does

Dispatching

Every job on one board — who called, what vehicle, which technician, what it came to. Status moves as the work does.

Service requests

Publish a page customers can request work from. Requests land on the board instead of in a voicemail box.

Customer texting

Status updates go out on their own as a job moves, and replies come back into the same thread. One number, your shop's name on the front.

Vehicle & key records

Year, make, model, VIN, key blank, Lishi tool, transponder and programming method — recorded on the job, searchable after it.

Inventory

Key blanks and remotes counted as they're used, so a technician doesn't discover an empty bin at the roadside.

Work authorization

A signature before the drill comes out. Signed on the technician's phone or texted as a link.

Technicians & vans

Who's on shift, which van they're in, where the work is. Time clock, schedule and time off in the same place.

The numbers

Revenue, jobs, technician performance and what the shop spends — including a profit and loss that counts the overhead, not just the invoices.

About text messages

Shops using KeyMarshall can text their own customers about their own jobs — status updates, a link to share a location so a technician can find them, an authorization to sign, a receipt, and a request for a review afterwards. Message frequency depends on the job, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of service: reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
